This short film is about the complex relationship between parents and children in a traditional Chinese family. Parents worship their children as "gods", sacrificing their own interests to provide the best material things for their children, but neglecting their children's spiritual needs. Behind this relationship is the parents' excessive control over their children and their own selfish desires. The protagonist loses herself under the weight of heavy expectations, living as her parents expect her to, and eventually she can't see her own appearance clearly.
